Sales Policy

Sojourn Records is commited to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a smooth process when purchasing digital downloads from our site or ordering on-demand CDs. Should you encounter difficulty with the digital download process, our customer support team will do their best to assist with any download technical problems. Should you still be dissatisfied with the quality and/or are ultimately unable to access your download, Sojourn will gladly refund your purchase amount to the credit card it was charged on within 30 days of the puchase date.

Any on-demand CD order is non-refundable due to the custom manufacturing that is involved in each CD's creation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the CD that you do receive however, if returned within 30 days from the shipping date, Sojourn will provide a new replacement CD after receiving your return accompanied by an explanation for your dissatisfaction with the product.
